QUILTING
IN THE TEXAS HILL COUNTRY

The Hill Country has many excellent and unique quilt shops and quilt related events. Here is our list, including quilt resources and links.

Many of these shops offer quilting classes, while quilt guilds and numerous clubs provide an opportunity for quilters to socialize with others "addicted" to fabric arts and crafts.

Quilters often participate in quilt clubs where members see demonstrations of quilting techniques, show their own quilts, and learn from program speakers. Less formal quilt "bees" are also common and usually are smaller groups who get together to work on their personal projects while visiting with and learning from each other.

Plan your own shop hop or quilt trail through the Texas Hill Country
with this convenient list.

If you visit the shop owners listed here, please tell them you found their information in the Hill Country Portal web site.
